• Fatima Galore prides herself on friendly, fast and efficient service. Customer satisfaction is very important to her. If you are not satisfied with an item listed and purchased on this blog, please contact Fatima Galore and you will be accommodated according to return policy (see return policy below). 
• All items on Fatima Galore are hand made by Fatima.

Placing Your Order: 
* Should you experience any problems placing an order, or have any questions please contact Fatima Galore for assistance.


* To place an order, please highlight which item you wanted to purchased include your email address and contact number and send it via email or post comment in my blog. 
* If you live within Negeri Sembilan area ONLY delivery will be free but other local area delivery will be charges accordingly. Shipping & handling fees vary on weight and place of residence. 
Payment will be required after confirmation of total price and before work is started. 
* Payment MUST be made within 24 hour after you receive email confirmation via bank-in transfer or online bank transfer.

Custom Crocheted Orders: 
* Please contact Fatima with your request. If helpful, use item numbers listed as reference. 
* Once your email is received, you will be contacted via email with a total price per your request and measurement. 
* Please allow 2-3 business days to process email requests.  
* Item is usually completed and shipped within 15-20 business days after payment is received (depending on size of order).

Return Policy:
• Any item listed for sale on Fatima Galore blog is refundable within 10 days upon receipt (less shipping and handling). If you are not satisfied with your item please contact Fatima to process return. Once processed, you will be refunded (less shipping and handling). 
• Custom ordered items are nonrefundable.
